Dr. Andi Stamper is a Doctor of Nursing Practice, a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, and a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist with more than 20 years in healthcare. Throughout her career, she has seen how chronic disease, untreated mental health concerns, and delayed preventive care can affect both individuals and their families. That perspective has shaped her commitment to proactive, individualized healthcare and long-term well-being.
A significant part of Dr. Stamper’s work focuses on expanding access to evidence-informed mental health treatments, including ketamine therapy for patients with depression, anxiety, PTSD, and chronic pain. Her interest in this area is both professional and personal, giving her a strong understanding of how treatment-resistant mental health conditions can affect daily life, relationships, and family systems.
During her nurse anesthesia training, Dr. Stamper completed clinical rotations at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Asheville, North Carolina, and Naval Medical Center Camp Lejeune, where she cared for active-duty service members and veterans. Those experiences strengthened her commitment to veteran health and to making advanced treatment options more accessible to military members and their families.
Dr. Stamper takes a thoughtful, practical approach to treatment, with recommendations shaped around each patient’s medical history, current concerns, and long-term priorities.
